Reported bugs are investigated and critical bugs are fixed immediately; otherwise there is normally a quarterly release cycle for product upgrades. As eContrack is a hosted solution, all users automatically get the latest version of the system once it is released.

Building Software welcome user feedback and our philosophy of client-led development means that we are keen to incorporate suggestions for product improvement.

All of the above support services are available to users as part of the standard annual access charge.

Building Software also offer a bespoke development service for data imports/exports, and can integrate data held in eContrack with your in-house systems if required.
