Each project can be broken down into its component parts,
works packages, and each package can be independently monitored
.
Companies with an involvement in or an influencer over a project
can be linked to the project and their roles defined. The
performance of these companies (professionals / suppliers
/ subcontractors) can be measured and the data collated.
