Documents & Images
Throughout eContrack Supply Chain there are facilities to
link both documents and images to individual records.

Mailshots
eContrack Supply Chain includes extensive mailshot facilities.
Contacts can be selected for a mailshot by specifying a range
of contact and/or company criteria. During the preparation
of a mailshot, activity records can be generated to log the
event and to prompt follow up activity.

One time data import
eContrack Supply Chain provides standard import facilities
that can be used for a one-time data import. This facility
allows the loading of basic company, contact, project and
package data. The import medium used is Excel. A bespoke data
conversion exercise can be carried out where the existing
data extends beyond the basic details of companies, contacts
and projects.

Customisation
eContrack Supply Chain includes a number of user defined drop
down lists which determine the type of information that is
captured throughout the system. These lists are user configured
and maintained. They also ensure that there is a consistency
to the data held within the system.

Development Environment
eContrack Supply Chain was developed using Macromedia MX with
ASP and Flash; graphs are rendered and displayed using ChartFX
(Internet Edition). All client data is stored in Microsoft
SQL Server 2000 databases. Each client has their own separate
SQL Server database with full transaction logging and security
enabled. All data is automatically backed up each day.

Audit trail
eContrack Supply Chain maintains an audit trail on all data
tables. For each record the following information is logged
automatically by the system:
When the record was added
When the record was last updated
Who last updated (or added) the record
Additionally, on each activity record, the person who originally
added the record is captured and kept.
