Add Scorecard wizard

The Notes option has been removed from the Add Scorecard Wizard.

When users are using the Quicklist, any information they enter in the Scoring Notes box does not appear as they do not see the welcome screen when using the quicklist. This does cause some confusion.

The email notes box remains unchanged.

Multiple selections

There have been changes to the way selections are handled within the graphing wizard when handling multiple templates measures and answers. The Basic rules are:

• OR works at Template level
• AND works on Measures within one template
• OR works on answers within one measure
  

Saving a report

There have been issues with the wizard saving reports when users select produce report or next. This overwrites the existing report which may not be what the user intended.

The wizard will now only save a report when the save button is pressed.

Specify a Title for Cross Tab reports.

Users can now specify and save a title for a cross tab report.

Smart date ranges

The wizard now allows a smart date range to be chosen for a date in the selection criteria.

At the moment you can only select a static date range. When a report is run in the future that date range you entered last month is no longer correct.

You can now also choose the following for a date field on the selection criteria page: Last Week, This Week, Next Week, Last Month, This Month and Next Month. This allows the report to always pick up current data.

Example: Selecting "This Month" for the scorecard date assessed field will mean when the report is run it will bring back all scorecards where the data assessed is within the current month.

NB. A Week is Monday to Sunday.

Options available when comparing to a club

We have made changes to the selection criteria when comparing to a club

Previously when a user chose to compare their data to a club or another selection the secondary x axis was set to "Selection" and could not be changed.

The new rules:

• When not comparing data the primary and secondary x axis will display all fields available to score data.
• When comparing to the club the primary x axis will display a limited number of fields which are available to score and club data. The secondary x axis will display all fields available to score data.
• When comparing to selection 2 the primary x axis will display all fields available to score data and the secondary x axis will be locked as selection.

The same applies when comparing to selection 2 and club and model and club.

PDF Prints

It has been requested that the following be made available on a Scorecard Traffic Light PDF Report;

• Score Status
• Benchmark Score
  
  

The report and the on screen page will now display the following headings for each Score in a Scorecard:

Name - the measure name of the score
Status - whether the score is 'scored' or 'unscored'
Actual - the calculated score of the Score

Target - the Target for the Score or % Rating
Benchmark - the percentage rating

Miscellaneous

Where a customer has forgotten their Password and clicked on the Forgotten Password link but does not get the email with their Password. Some systems will block the email as spam.

A line has been added asking them to call the Helpdesk if they haven't received the email within the next 20 minutes.
