The crosstab report has been upgraded to allow the colour coding of scores.

Changes have been made to the cross tab report to enable users to colour code their results based on their targets.

A new page has been added to then wizard to allow you to select conditional formatting for your cross tab.

Users can also choose not to display the row and column totals/averages

Where companies have been given individual targets, it will be this figure that their performance is being measured against.

Users can also set a conditional range for their performance to identify who is over target but within and acceptable range by setting a target margin.

Blank plots mean that a score has not been completed.

The target margin is the actual margin from the target.

The way the target margin works varies according to the template definition.

  • Where a lower score is better in the template definition and a company has a target of 10 and you add a margin of 2. Scores under 10 will be green, between 10 and 12 will be yellow,  and over 12 red.

  • Where a higher score is better in the template definition and a company has a target of 10 and you add a margin of 2. Scores over 10 will be green, between 8 and 10 will be yellow,  and under 8 red.
