Reinstalling Chart FX

We will be uploading a service pack for ChartFX on Monday 15th May. This will resolve the problems that have resulted due to the release of Windows XP Service pack KB912812. This has prevented ChartFX from working on machines running Windows XP.
This change will affect all eContrack Users
All users will need to uninstall their current copy of ChartFx before installing the new version.
Click on Tools > Internet Options from the top menu (if you don't have Administrator rights on your PC you'll have to get a member of your IT department to do this for you)
On the General Tab click the Settings button in the Temporary Internet Files panel

Click the View Objects button, this should bring up a window containing a list of files

Look for one called Chart Object and Right click and select Remove (if it refuses to let you do this saying the file is in use you may have to restart your PC).

Close all the panels by clicking OK.

You will then see the graph image in the box
