Score Link (an add-on module in eContrack)

Score Link allows organisations to capture data from a much wider potential audience and does not restrict potential data providers to only those named in eContrack.

Score Links can be used to capture information from whoever wants to provide it; feedback from the Public, Staff suggestions, safety reporting, etc.

How does it work

Organisations who purchase Score Link functionality can create and publish "Links" which will allow anyone with internet access to create and then score their own scorecards.

Score Links can be embedded into your web site, corporate intranet, in emails, and/or in other applications. they can also be hidden behind a logo or picture.

Score Links can be created for any of the Templates in your database if required.

To use a Score Link and create their own scorecard, a data provider simply clicks on the "link", supplies appropriate information about who they are and then the system generates a scorecard for them to enter information against. While they are completing the scorecard, the data is being saved directly to eContrack.
